Standing ovation at the Maison de la culture in Clermont-Ferrand for Cirque Plume’s final piece
An astonished audience gave Cirque Plume’s latest production a standing ovation on Saturday, December 7, at the Comédie de Clermont, where the company will perform though December 21. The remaining eleven performances are all sold out.
Surprising, funny, exciting, moving: Saturday night at the Maison de la culture in Clermont-Ferrand, emotions were shaking to breathtaking rhythm of Cirque Plume’s final opus.
A fusion of theatre, dance, music, and acrobatics, the poetic show combines the impressive technique of young circus performers with the biting humor of the older members of the troupe.
Titled La dernière saison, this newly created piece also marks the end of an adventure. Soon, the 30-year-old company will bring down the curtain once and for all. The experience is all the more unique.
All of the other Cirque Plume performances of this run are already sold out.
